3. installing Heatsink
Heatsink function is to remove the heat generated by the processor through the conduction of heat from the processor to the heatsink.
To optimize the heat transfer then the heatsink should be fitted tightly on the top of the processor with some clip as a drag while the contacts on the heatsink surface coated with the gene of heat.
If the heatsink is equipped with a fan then the fan power connector is connected to the fan connector on the motherboard.
